Refund Process

 

  1. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Items that have been used or show signs of wear are not eligible for a refund. Refunds for damaged or lost in-transit items will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Return Procedure: For damaged or lost items, please submit proof of the damage (such as photos or videos) and an email from the carrier confirming the parcel is lost to our customer service team.
  3. Refund Issuance:
    • Standard Returns: We cannot accept standard returns.
    • Damaged Items: Our team will review the evidence (photos/videos and carrier email) and, if approved, issue a refund.

 

Important Notes

 

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (for eligible returns).
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or lost in transit and approved for a refund.
